Is there really no fee for providers?
Correct. HireBlock charges customers a 7% booking fee at the time of booking. You never pay us anything.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay you directly on the day of service. Cash, card, Venmo — whatever you accept. HireBlock doesn't hold your money.
What if a customer cancels?
If they cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable and compensates you for holding the time slot.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You list your own starting prices. Customers see them upfront before they book.
What areas do you cover?
Currently launching in the Inland Empire (Corona, Riverside, Ontario, Fontana and surrounding areas). Expanding nationwide.
What kind of job details do I get?
